Meghan Bell (Lori) Leidy is an experienced and highly dedicated real estate professional with a unique combination of industry expertise and personal commitment to her clients. Having grown up just outside New York City and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Vermont, Meghan’s career began as a real estate analyst with CB Richard Ellis in Midtown Manhattan. Her journey to Jackson Hole has led her to become an Associate Broker with Compass and to create Open Spaces Real Estate. She is particularly well-versed in pre-development transactions and works closely with clients throughout the real estate and construction process, connecting them with some of the top architects, contractors, and builders in the area.

Meghan is also the exclusive representative for the Snake River Sporting Club development, where her deep knowledge of the land and its amenities—such as fishing spots and ski access points—makes her a valuable asset for those looking to invest in the development. Outside of her professional life, Meghan is passionate about her connection to the Tetons, where she enjoys backcountry skiing, mountain biking, and sailing. She is also involved in her community as an assistant coach for the Jackson Hole Lacrosse Club and a member of the Jackson Hole Land Trust Open Space Council. Recently, she completed her RYT 200 certification with Yoga Vida in New York City, furthering her personal development.
