Reflecting on what I would consider my favorite transaction of the year, this property would have to be it.

1010 West Elk Ridge Road - this parcel of land is truly gorgeous. I am thrilled for the buyers - awesome folks from London. They’ll be working on a really thoughtful home with Farmer Payne Architects, Two Oceans Builders, and Emily Janak Interiors.

Favorite Haunts this Year

Where did I frequent the most for a bite out in Jackson Hole? Easy. The Bird or Trio are the two spots I spent the most time at. Thai Plate was a close runner up too.
